The Study On Financial Support Strategy Of CZT City Cluster's Two-oriented Economy Development

Two-oriented society ,which aims at build up a new economic system with the saving of resources and protection of environmental,This new economy,which meets the calls for optimization of economic structure,rational utilization of resources,protection of ecological environment and promotion of the sustainable development of economy,is becoming the tendency of the development of world economies 21st century. In the Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan(CZT) city cluster,the traditional mode of economic development on one hand brought about rapid economic growth, yet on the other hand the depletion of natural resources and severe environment pollution. Therefore,the notion of two-oriented economy has been drawing more and more attention of various governmental authorities,theoretical circle and industrial sectors.The development of two-oriented economy can't go healthily without the support of various policies and regulations,among the finance is one of the prime drives. Thus based,this thesis explores ways of financial support of two-oriented economy and the sustainable development of social economy. This article takes the financial support in two-oriented economy development as the object of study.Elaborated the status quo, problems and causes of two-oriented economy's financial support , and made a comparative analysis of the traditional mode of economic and two-oriented economy. Then analysis the core tasks of two-oriented economy, so as to clarify the focal points of two-oriented economy's financial support, And collecting the relevant data of the Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan(CZT) city cluster's industry and financial development.Then, used the related data to carry on relevant analysis of financial support in the two-oriented economy development, obtained the key support content in the current two-oriented economy development the finance to be supposed. From the regression analysis we can see ,the impact which deposits of financial institutions to increase the various industries in the Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan(CZT) city cluster are significant. Among them, the greatest impact on the secondary industry, tertiary industry followed, the impact on first industry is minimal.Finally, we put forward strategy for promotion financial support in the Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan(CZT) city cluster.
