The demand for rice as a staple food has dropped significantly. At the same time, as industrialization and urbanization process accelerated, especially with the fast development of realty market all over the country, and the state puts forward the agriculture and forestry policy in large scale of "returning the land to forest, returning the land to sea and returning the land to lake", which makes the cultivated area of rice dwindled continuously. The total need at hybrid rice market dwindles steadily, and market competition has become fierce. However, with promote of state policies and their own resources and capabilities, Longping High-Tech can be through the development and implementation of species differentiation, brand differentiation, the difference of channels, service differentiation competitive strategys, effectively raising the competitiveness and credibility, improve customer satisfaction, to further expand market share, making the domestic hybrid rice seed market monopoly, thereby winning the right to speak the whole industry and the pricing power to maintain a higher market earnings.
