In modern marketing activities,marketing strategies play a important role in enterprises’ survival and development.In today’s China’s seed industry market, product homogeneity has become a serious problem,so seed company must change their marketing management which don’t match to the market and turn to scientific and effective strategies,so to optimize the allocation of resources,satisfy the needs of peasant,promote the long-term development of the enterprise and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises.Long ping high-tech is the first company which has a complete scientific research,production,processing,sales,service system of "integration of nurtures numerous push" in our country.The companies,focusing on the seed industry,has hybrid rice,hybrid corn seed industry as the core and has been built with the orientation of market and industry, preliminary covering biotechnology and traditional breeding technology and the test platform of relatively perfect three-level platform research and development system.But with the further development of modern seed market and the change of the enterprise strategy,the original part of the marketing strategy have become the hindering power of the long ping high-tech development, so it need to be improved.In this paper,we take Longping high-tech for example, hoping to provide new countermeasures and Suggestions for seed industry.At the same time,Those marketing management can also help to increase the competitiveness of enterprises,give the seed industry new ways of thought to market and enrich the content of marketing strategy in the world.Research approaches used in this paper is a line containing finding problems, analyzing problems and then solve the problem.Firstly,the paper narrates its writing background and significance,introduces the marketing related theory,such as marketing environment,4 p and 4 c theory,to provide theoretical support for the following research.Then,the overall development situation and marketing status of long ping high-tech are expounded and analyzed in this paper.Contents about the long ping high-tech macro environment,seed industry "potter five model" analysis and SWOT analysis come after it,which let us clear about the current internal of long ping high-tech and know its own advantages and disadvantages in external environment.After that,though analyzing the related data of long ping high-tech, this paper introduces part of Longping High-tech’s marketing strategy elaborately which needs to be improved.Finally,this paper put up with feasible countermeasure and the suggestion and provide methods to carry out marketing management and deal with specific matters,hoping to provide guides for the optimization of Longping high-tech marketing management in the future and guide the development of seed industry in China.
