In the 21st century humanities have already entered the time of knowledge economy. Knowledge especially the new knowledge has become the main factor to boost the development of technology as well as the whole society. High-tech enterprise is the key to determine China's future economic development and independent innovation ability, is the driving and main force to construct an innovation-oriented country, is the main carrier and core strength of our country' scientific and technological innovation. The knowledge-based employees are important component of high-tech enterprises, the backbone of the enterprise and the main body of enterprise innovation, and their innovative ability is not only to directly determine the high-tech innovation and innovation capability of enterprises, but also directly related to the survival and development of high-tech enterprises.This article focuses on the characteristics of the high-tech enterprise knowledge employees'organizational commitment. And we use cross-disciplinary theoretical and empirical method to study the affecting mechanism about the innovative behavior yielded by the high-tech enterprise knowledge employees'organizational commitment,and the impacting extent of the indexes of the innovative behavior yielded by the high-tech enterprise knowledge employees'organizational commitment. First we must define the high-tech enterprise and the knowledge employee,secondly elaborate the characteristic of the high-tech enterprise knowledge employees in China,and then based on them, elaborate the connotation and the characteristic of the high-tech enterprise knowledge employees'organizational commitment,as well as based on them, confirm the inscape and the Elements of the high-tech enterprise knowledge employees'innovative behavior by reading literatures , simultaneity, expurgation the impacting ways and the affecting mechanism about the innovative behavior yielded by the high-tech enterprise knowledge employees'organizational commitment.And we develop a relation model between them.Finally we work out with a survey questionnaire,by surveying the high—tech entrepreneurs in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Qingdao,and Changsha,and 181 samples are good enough for our study, and we did relevant analyses and studies on data from those samples.Empirical studies indicate that each measurement table presents favorablecredibility and Validity. The background variables of age, working experience andeducation level have markedly different influences on the high-tech enterprise knowledge employees,whereas the variables of gender, area of specialty, and working experience greatly impact the innovative behavior. Various dimensions of the high-tech enterprise knowledge workers'organizational commitment are in a inconsistency levels, continued commitment is higher than affective commitment and normative commitment; There is a significantly positive correlation between high-tech knowledge-based organizational commitment and their innovative behavior, in which affective commitment and continuous commitment will contribute to innovative behavior, while normative commitment is limited innovative behavior in a certain extent. Empirical studies strongly support the hypotheses put forth in this thesis.
