The Study On The Project Collaborative Management Based On The Network Platform

Since the middle of 1980s, the worldwide construction industry mostly appear "weak". For example, some project cannot be finished on time and the cost overruns, what cannot make the owner satisfied, and the hostile relations between the owner and the contractor is more serious. Many industry experts and scholars have studied such problem and found that the chief reason is that the project participating parties hasn't been collaborated. And the result is that disputes between the participating parts appeared, Project stages are serious discrepancy, parties are evading their responsibilities and obligations. In the end , the project cannot be satisfied the owners, so that profits fall and loss increased and some other bad results.Collaborative theory is based on the theory "many of the subsystem cooperation is dominated by the same principle and irrelevant with subsystems property", and it studies the internal mechanism and common discipline of various disorderly systems into orderly. It is an important tool for the social science research. Of course it also a bond, which attached"the hard science"( natural science) to " the soft science "(social science).This article was based on ideas and methods of cooperation and concerted use project collaborative management to solve the relationship problem. This article first introduced the coordination and parallel theory to find theory support and method for the cooperative project management and give some ideas for the preparation of the project collaborative management. Then it researched the basic principle of project cooperative management from the following points. Firstly, it researched the basic characteristics and operation framework of the project operation for the coordinated management. Secondly, it researched on three aspects, including the overall project planning, coordination of the project participants, the specific content of coordinated management, to put forward some fundamental problems that must be solved in cooperative management. Using modern computer network technology to built projects network platforms to solve the problems, such as the integrated management information, sharing and communication between the participating parties and so on, and to create conditions for the coordinated management. Finally, with the help of project collaborative network platforms, it locked the risk of price and provided more dependable information for the effective project coordinated management by using the options for building materials.
