Multi-objective Optimization Model Of Multi-project Parallel Collaborative Planning And Scheduling

As the project management enters from the single project management phase to the multi-project management phase,more and more enterprises are faced with new management problems due to the increase of project quantity and scale.In this case,how to coordinate resource competition among multiple projects,so as to coordinate and optimize the multi-project,is the first problem for decision makers.However,the classic project plan is usually based on a single project,which cannot meet the real needs.When the projects' internal resource conflicts can't be resolved,it requires a collaborative plan to coordinate the project's operation.Multi-project collaboration plan has higher complexity than single project collaboration plan,how to establish the multi-project collaboration plan model is an urgent problem to be solved in the field of project management;Project management tends to have multi-objective characteristics,and these goals are often conflicting.Previous studies with single target as the optimal object cannot solve the above multi-objective problem.Therefore,it is of great practical significance and theoretical value to study the multi-objective optimization model of multi-project parallel collaboration planning and scheduling.In this paper,we take multi-project collaborative planning and scheduling as research object.Firstly,in case that the internal resources of the enterprise are insufficient,a multi-objective optimization model of parallel collaborative planning and scheduling is established.In this model,tasks can be split and outsourced to ensure the coordination operation of multi-projects;Secondly,in order to improve the utilization rate of resources,reduce the cost for coordination and expand the scope of the optimization,we introduces a competition mechanism and set up a multi-objective optimization model of parallel competition collaborative planning and scheduling that allows multiple cooperative partners to compete to outsource a task.The main innovation points of this paper are as follows:1.Multi-project parallel planning and scheduling has been realized.This paper focuses on the coordination relationship and the resource balance between projects from the perspective of enterprise managers,jumping out of the scope of focusing on a single project of past single projects.2.The integration optimization of multi-project collaborative decision-making,planning and resource scheduling has been realized.When the internal resources of the enterprise cannot meet the multi-project parallel operation,we add a new external collaboration based on the coordination within the project.Make sure the cooperative partner resources are reasonably utilized so that collaborate plan arrangement.Finally,the project outsourcing cooperation scheme and resource scheduling scheme are generated for managers to refer to.3.The multi-objective synchronization optimization has been realized.In this paper,the total cost of the project and the sum of the project schedule are optimized synchronously.We adopts NSGA-2 algorithm to generate a group Pareto optimum solution,which can be selected by the project manager according to the decision preference.
