The Enterprise Energy Audit Research Facing Sustainable Development

Enterprise Energy audit is an effective approach to strengthen energy management and energy saving for a company. The executive can get a full understanding of energy consumption in the company to search for the weakness in it. Besides that, they can find out the saving potentials to cut down the energy use level and manufacturing cost so that it can be more competitive in the market and get sustainable growth.Although energy can play a significant impact for the company to correct energy management, there is a lag in the process. In the real practice, it is wise to combine energy audit with rigid energy standard, resolving tough questions originally. Moreover, to raise energy saving awareness, set up social responsibility is a key to energy saving and sustainable growth. Only in this way, companies can unify their own profit with social value.This study combined the method of theoretical and empirical analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis. It was based in Suzhou NOVARTIS Plant (SNPT), and analyzed energy consumption characteristic, to seek out weakness of daily operations. At last it put up some suggestions. Moreover, this thesis selected a real case to study from theoretic, economic and risk aspect. Hopefully it can pave the way for the decision of SNPT.It is wise to learn from others.
