When harmful gases and pollutants of the atmosphere reaches a certainconcentration, it will make a huge disaster on humans and the environment.Atpresent, the air pollution situation of China is grim, and the main characteristicspresented as coal-burning pollution. Respirable particulate matter (PM10) and fineparticulate matter (PM2.5) are the main components. With the rapid development ofour economy, The disadvantage of economic growth mode which is at the expenseof the environment has become increasingly prominent. Air pollution harmspeople’s health and affects social harmony and stability.Tianjin city has a very high population density. So air quality is particularlynoteworthy. Worsening air pollution in Tianjin city in the past two years even affectpeople’s normal work and life. Fuel combustion emissions has been found the mainreason of air pollution in Tianjin city,through the classification statistics ofatmospheric pollution.In "energy term Plan", NDRC put forward that energy conservation is not only along-term strategic approach to economic and social development of our country, butalso an extremely urgent task at present. For the heating enterprises, the smoothimplementation of the work of energy-saving emission reduction is not only related tothe economic benefits of the enterprise, but also the important embodiment of socialresponsibility. Energy conservation is an important strategic policy of today’s worldeconomy. Energy conservation is an important strategic policy in today’s worldeconomy. Along with the research and utilization of the new energy, the types of cityheating energy have undergone tremendous changes, using a variety of forms. Notonly the traditional coal, but also pay attention to the new energy which areenvironmental friendly, such as natural gas, geothermal energy, solar energy andnuclear energy. But coal-fired boiler is still the most commonly method in the North.This paper mainly describes the energy saving measures of coal-fired boiler heating.This article elaborate objectives and job requirements of energy-saving emissionreduction of heating industry in the "12th Five Year Plan" period from the currentsituation of energy-saving emission reduction development of heating industry. Bycomparing heating mode and energy structure of foreign and domestic heatingindustry at present, define the overall situation in Tianjin heating. Summary and outline the basic content of energy saving strategies of Tianjin in recent years and useSWOT analysis method to a heating unit to carried out a detailed analysis of theheating industry in Tianjin city, and give policy suggestions about how to develop theenergy-saving and emission reduction teconology of heating industry in Tianjin city.
