Facing knowledge economy and intensely and globalization marketplace, Human Resource play a chief and decisive role for a business to achieve a competitive advantage. The features of human that is independent and cannot be imitated determine that human resource construct directly the critical strategic resource.More and more enterprise realized that only through science planning Human Resource strategy the enterprise can be in a leading position in future competition.Through almost 60 years developing, A company has become a famous power station device manufacturing corporation. But the industry competition is more violent, the development of A company are facing a rigorous change. Human Resource has been an important restriction factor. To maintain the advantage, the company should be in a leading position in Human Resource strategy planning. The paper used the methods of theory analysis and truth analysis studied the Human Resource strategy of A company, which is consisted of three parts: environment analysis, the formulation of strategic objectives, the strategic measure and the determination.The paper has utilized related knowledge of strategy management and Human Resource management, has the certain practice value.
