Human resource is the first resource for enterprise's development, especially for SMEs. However, small size and insufficient funds hinder the development of SMEs' human resource management. So how to utilize limited resources effectively has become an important issue of SMEs ' development. The existing researches have acquired abundant achievements on the present conditions and solution of SMEs' human resource management. Nevertheless, the research of systematically integrating each operation link of SMEs' human resource management activities is relatively weak. Based on it, this thesis chooses mode of SMEs ' human resource management as the research issue, uses enterprise theory , human resource management and related methods, such as systematic study, theory associated with practice, comparative analysis etc, explores the mode of SMEs' human resource management. In order to solve the contradiction of limited resources and lack of talents, the thesis constructs the mode of SMEs' human resource management based on core employees and the theoretical frame of it which can improve the efficiency of SMEs ' operation and enterprise competitive ability.The main contents of this thesis are the following: The summary of the research literatures on human resource management modes, including domestic and overseas human resource management modes, and the commentary of these theories; The construction of the mode of SMEs' human resource management based on core employees, including the core employees' recruitment system, training system, activation mechanism and compensation system. In order to achieve the goal of attracting, inspiring and keeping talents effectively, we must combine the four parts organically; The research of the problems that should be paid attention to when the mode of SMEs' human resource management is implemented; The case analysis of the mode of SMEs' human resource management based on coreemployees.
