At the age of knowledge economy, human resource has become one of the most valuable resources. Enterprise's competitiveness, in fact, is the competition of human resource. Management of human resource has become more and more important in activity of enterprise's management; the efficient human resource can help win the war of market competition. Staff's motivation is the most important part of human resource management. Only employees were motivated effectively, who create greater value for the enterprise. So that the firm retain the talents and key staff for the business.This thesis tries to identify the direction and object to improve employee incentive system of TY company based on domestic and foreign research about motivation theory. TY company incentives employees randomly with many problems, for example, incentive policy do not form integrate system, which is single and lacks effect so that TY company losses of key staff seriously. The problem of staff is not enthusiastic and the benefit is declining continually.This thesis used many methods, for example, questionnaires, interviews and data analysis to find problems of the old program. Then it designs new staff incentive scheme which meet actual situation and characteristics of the TY company, based on depth analysis of the problems, making adequately use of the incentive theory of modern management and directed against three different characteristics of the management staff, sales staff, general staff. Compared to old program, the new one has the following characteristics: (1)Based on the TY company's business object and development strategy, the new program not only raises the enthusiasm of the staff, but also consists with business goals. (2) The design process is focused and targeted. (3) Program design is more regular and more standard. (4) Program is more targeted. According to the differences in three categories of managers, sales personnel, general staff, it design different incentive methods so that the company can gain more profit; improving effectively employee motivation and making employees work hard; achieving win-win between employers and employees. Finally, I hope that this article can provide reference for other companies.
