In the face of the economic downturn and the complicated and changeable situation, and under the fierce external competition and fast changing market environment the competition among commercial banks is becoming more and more intense. YC bank Changchun branch as a microcosm of many commercial banks, and as a modern financial services oriented enterprises, is in an important stage of development and transformation this moment. In particular, the corporate business as the focus of development of business ideas to determine, the corporate business department to become the main sector of the whole line of income driven. But in the business expanding process, only to meet the various "bottleneck", and the reason that the concept of human resource management is still relatively old, YC Bank Changchun branch is lack of company business department staff incentive degree of attention.This paper takes corporate business department of YC bank Changchun branch as the research object, starting from the present situation of human resource management, found through the investigation and study, Employee Motivation of corporate business department of YC bank Changchun branch has the following several kinds of problem: First of all, because of the YC bank of Changchun branch was Jilin postal company in earlier years. After separated from Postal Company, as the planned economy deeply influenced the human resource management idea, leading to people-oriented ideas of employee motivation in the practical work is difficult to be implemented. Secondly, the salary system and the performance evaluation system needs to be improved. Once again, the lack of professional financial management staff, directly led to the deposit is more than loan, is not conducive to the long-term development of the bank. Finally, the YC bank Changchun branch lack of forward-looking to the employee’s career development design.In view of the problems in the staff motivation model of Changchun branch of YC bank, the author put forward some suggestions according to the theory of management: First of all, we should strengthen the construction of enterprise culture, promote the implementation of advanced employee motivation concept, create effective staff incentive culture, so that the Department to form a good working atmosphere; Second, we should build a compensation performance management system, through differentiated pay performance to retain talent, attract talent, but also to better motivate employees to contribute to the Corporate Department; Third, we should optimize the mode of talent training, solve the lack of professional personnel problem will provide employees with timely and effective training as another model of employee incentive, in the mining of professional personnel, in addition to the introduction of the industry to pay more attention to the professional training of the Department of outstanding employees; Finally, we should set reasonable employee career development channel, to make staff can maximize creativity and implementation in our value, so the staff dedication and enthusiasm of the greater degree of excitation.
