Research On Rural Tourism Development Strategy

Due to a variety of conditions, the rural industries in our country have long been in a state of underdevelopment. In order to improve the situation of extensive utilization of resources, low living standards of peasants and serious ecological damages, we have to develop emerging industry urgently. With the research of the tourism industry is more and more deep; the researchers found that tourism plays a significant role in rural resources reconfiguration and rural functional integration. The development of rural tourism produces positive effects on the innovation of the rural traditional industries. So some scholars label the tourism industry as the"non-smoke rising industry".In recent years, the national rural tourism has developed rapidly, and is becoming a new fashion hotspot in consumption. Currently, how to seize the opportunity to make full use of their own advantages for the development of "sunrise industry," expand the tourism economy and revitalize the township with service industry are the main concerns in rural economic and social development. The paper takes Hua mawan Township as a research sample, studied systematically on the strategy of rural tourism development.First of all, from the research of regional conditions and the tourism development status, it is found that the tourism resource of Huamawan Township is in good condition as a whole. The advantages of the tourism development are as follows: good transport facilities, industrial policy support, booming tourism market and so on. While the main problems are: lack of financial security, inadequate infrastructure, inefficient propaganda, and lack of local special goods.At present, with the help of policy support from the central to local , lifestyle transformation , the expand of tourism market, Huamawan is facing the opportunity of developing tourism industry . But the out-of-date ideas, difficulties of co-ordinate land household operations, the aggravation of the market competition and ecological damages, which are mainly led by laggard development of faster development of tourism industry.Secondly, focusing on the various kinds of theories relevant to the study method of tourism planning and the characteristics of rural tourism, this paper puts forward the planning structure on the concepts, target, nature, source localization, development strategies, development layout and development essentials of the Development of Tourism in Huamawan Township. It also makes related studies on the general plan of marketing, the design and development of the tourist products and commodities, and tour line design in Huamawan.At last, based on the analysis above, the paper also gives some suggestions to ensure sound and rapid economic growth of rural tourism: the government should make greater contribution to management system, investment mechanism, construction of infrastructural facilities and environmental protection; the business entities should strengthen the technical independent innovation and brand setting up, attracting high-quality personnel, standardize legal services and extend the industrial chain; the local villagers could get more chances to take part in decision making, management and supervision in the development of rural tourism.
