Reswarch On Knowledge Management Based On Agile Supply Chain

Along with the arrival of knowledge economy, the market competition is intense day by day. The enterprise's competition already evolved to supply chain's competition gradually. Knowledge is highlighting its value gradually as the important competition resources of chain manages. Today, with economic globalization, the fast response customer, pursued the customer value maximization already become one inevitable trend to promote competitive advantage of the supply chain.The arising of agile Supplies chain adapted the time demand. The union of the agile supply chain and the knowledge management and deals with the fast change of the market environment, which is drawing attention in the field and the academic circle. This article takes the knowledge management of agile supplies as the key point, provide the theory instruction to effective implement of knowledge management for agile chain.Firstly, it had made the summary of status about the agile supply chain and the knowledge management on the domestic and foreign .Based on this studied, do some researches on relations between the agile supply chain and the knowledge management, as well as the content and the characteristic of it.Secendly, it has studied the necessity of the agile supply chain to implemente knowledge management, and constructed the knowledge management system which is focus on the agile supply chain, analyzed the concrete process of knowledge management implementation, proposed the corresponding strategy to promote knowledge management which made the agile supply chain work effectivly.Once more, it uses the method of quota and qualitative analysis in this paper. It is mainly composed of the customer value, the performance of enterprises, the supply chain agility, the coordination of the supply chain four aspects. It has constructed the evaluating indicator system of agile supply chain knowledge management achievement, carry on evaluation to knowledge management achievements by using the fuzzy synthesis level model.Finally, through the empirical study in the passenger train named Zhengzhou Yutong, it has analyzed the basic situation of this organization regarding to the agile supply chain implementation knowledge management. This article evaluate the effect objectively according to the knowledge management achievements appraisal synthesis score, and proposed further suggestion to improve it. It has confirmed the scientific and the feasibility of this appraisal system and the evaluation model.
