The Research On Knowledge Produce Management System For Enterprises

With the progress of the Knowledge Management application in enterprises, the importance of knowledge generation has also emerged. Knowledge Produce Management has the target of meeting the needs for knowledge used in enterprises' production and operation. It's the basis of Knowledge Stockpile Management, Communicate Management and Application Management for enterprises. However, problems existing in reality make that knowledge generation has become the "bottleneck" of a successful Enterprise Knowledge Management. The study on Knowledge Produce Management System for enterprises becomes the key to solve these problems and to improve the overall success rate, which is of theoretical and practical significance.Based on the relative theory, this dissertation defines the concept of Enterprise Knowledge Produce Management and probes into mechanisms of knowledge generation. It analyzes the causes of the current problems existing in enterprise knowledge generation in our country. Then, this dissertation constructs a framework of Knowledge Produce Management System for enterprises, gives the hierarchical model for whose implementation, and studies the three parts, including external knowledge acquisition, internal knowledge acquisition and knowledge creation, respectively. Finally, using the method of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation, the dissertation gives the performance evaluation. It also offers countermeasures to improve the Knowledge Produce Management System in our country.Based on the enterprise knowledge classification and generation mechanism research, this dissertation constructs a complete framework of Knowledge Produce Management System for enterprises, and researches on it systematically. Dividing enterprise knowledge generation into three parts makes the implementation more feasible. The part of management performance evaluation will also be able to provide the methods and basis for the self-assessment and following reform of Enterprise Knowledge Produce Management.
