Research On The Performance Evaluation Of Enterprise Knowledge Management

As the process of human economy and social intellectualization speeding up, knowledge has become the most important resources in modern society. Enterprise's operation pattern has shifted from product-oriented to development of human capital and intellectual resources, how to effectively manage and apply the knowledge resources, integrate the existing knowledge and get access to new knowledge, has become the key point to gain the competitive advantage. The evaluation of knowledge management is the beginning of effective knowledge management and throughout the process of knowledge management. Whether to evaluate the effective knowledge management, continual feed back and improve in the process of knowledge management based on the assessment result, immediate have an influence on efficiency and effect of enterprise knowledge management implementation.In this article research, the author reads a lot of domestic and foreign literature on knowledge management, based on the conclusion of relevant research, firstly, concept of knowledge management and its effectiveness is systematic expounded by summarizing theories and practice. From the process of knowledge management, the construction of knowledge management system, influencing factors, theoretical framework to the role of the enterprise's core competitiveness has elaborated on detail, which provides theoretical principle for evaluation of the knowledge management performance. Secondly, at the factor of building the performance evaluation indicators for knowledge management, based on the principle and selective standard of the performance evaluation indicators of knowledge management, a target system of effectiveness evaluation of knowledge management is established and the weight distribution of target system is defined. Thirdly, in order to verity the scientific, reasonableness and feasibility of effectiveness evaluation of knowledge management, authentic proof analysis of one of enterprise in Beijing is made through fuzzy and comprehensive evaluation, Simultaneously, we will put forward the related proposal to improve aiming at the enterprise the question which exists in the process of knowledge management.
