Since the introduction of transformational leadership, it has received extensive attention of scholars and has been in the center of leadership theory. Exploring the role which the transformational leadership plays on employees and the effectiveness of the various indices of leadership has become the focus of scholars. Although transformational leadership on the effectiveness of various positive indicators of leadership has a positive role is almost universally recognized, however, the ways which transformational leadership plays on staff and impact on staff have not attracted enough attention in our country.Innovation is a core competitiveness of enterprises, the strengths and weaknesses of innovation is related to the survival of the enterprise. The human resources play key role in the corporate innovation activities, they are initiated, and they are perpetrators. Finding the factors which affect the employee creativity, creating a good innovation environment for employees, under what conditions and which can improve the employee creativity have become the focus of scholars.Different leadership have different affects on employee creativity has been confirmed by scholars, the transformational leadership as a positive leadership style is bound to affect employee creativity. The cognitive psychology of employee is affected by the transformational leadership. This paper discusses the role which the transformational leadership plays on cognitive level of psychological characteristic variables, which in turn affects the employee creativity to further uncover the role of transformational leadership in the psychological processes of employee creativity.Through a lot of theory and literature review, we screened cognitive level of psychological characteristic variables closely related with the employee creativity which include: creative self-efficiency, feelings of energy and intrinsic motivation. Then we establish the theoretical model, using samples from six science and technology enterprises in hefei and others through the network, we have collected 250 questionnaires which conclude 230 effective questionnaires, analyzed by SPSS11.5 and LISREL87 we found that(1) transformational leadership is positively related to employees'creativity(2) creative self-efficiency and intrinsic motivation mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and employees'creativity and (3) feelings of energy partially mediated the contribution of transformational leadership to creative self-efficiency, Reveals the psychological process by which transformational leadership is related to employees'creativity.
