Innovation is the vitality of enterprise development, and continuously strengthen theenterprise independent innovation ability, is conducive to enhance the market competitiveness ofthe enterprise. As the actual control of resources and opportunities in the enterprise, how toimprove the innovation ability of enterprise leaders, continue to stimulate the creativity ofemployees, maintain the sustainable development is crucial to the enterprise.This article embarks from the content and features of transformational leadership style,specifically discussed the process of influence of this kind of leadership style on employeecreativity, research on the intrinsic motivation and creative self-efficacy plays in this process inaction. This paper firstly summarizes the relevant literature review of transformational leadershipand employee creativity, in the research hypothesis and theoretical model is established, the formof questionnaire using mature has, through statistical analysis software for reliability and validityanalysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis to the valid data, to test the expectationshypothesis research conception and in this paper, draw the following main conclusions:1.The transformational leadership has a positive effect on employee creativity.2.There is a positive correlation between transformational leadership and intrinsicmotivation.3.Intrinsic motivation has a positive effect on employee creativity.4.Intrinsic motivation in the process of fully mediates the effect of transformationalleadership in employee creativity.5.Creative self-efficacy regulates the relationship between intrinsic motivation andemployee creativity. When employees have a strong creative self-efficacy, enhance the role ofintrinsic motivation on employee creativity; when employees have a weak creative self-efficacy,weakening the role of intrinsic motivation on employee creativity.In this paper, on the effects of leadership style of transformational leadership on employeecreativity Institute, contribute to the abundant research achievements of this research direction.The conclusion of the study provides managers with some implications in the practical work, tohelp change the management of ideas, give full play to the advantage of the transformationalleadership style, employee’s own desire to awaken a task, enhance employee recognition of the supervisor and organization sense, strengthen the training of staff creative self-efficacy,encourage employees to develop ideas, bring forth the new through the old, continue to stimulatethe creativity of employees, motivate employees to practice creative behavior, in order toimprove the enterprise’s overall level of innovation, promote the progress of enterprise, promotethe enterprises to maintain sustainable development, contribute to the development of Chinaeconomy.
