The Domestic And Foreign Agricultural Comparative Study Of The Mode Of The Socialized Agricultural Service

Nowadays, our country is experiencing a change in economic structure. In this period, constructing a socialized agricultural service system adjusted to the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics possesses an essential significance in motivating industrialized agriculture and then achieving modernized agriculture. The socialized agricultural service can be regarded as the result of the developing agricultural productivity, as well as the important condition of the socialized and modernized agriculture.On the basis of analyzing the current situation of the socialized agricultural service system in China, this thesis attempts to compare our patterns with foreign ones in developed countries. Then it reveals that the composition and mode of service are similar both in domestic and foreign socialized agricultural service system. However, in motivating agricultural economy, those two systems have several differences. Chinese socialized agricultural service system is much more complicated; the investments are short and the fundamental conditions remain backward; the contents of service fall far short of farmers'needs; and the service of agricultural finance and insurance are both backward.By means of comparing domestic and foreign socialized agricultural service system, the thesis further reaches the characteristic service patterns that adjust to our actual conditions. For instance, the pattern of"cooperative company with farmer shareholders and farmers", the pattern of"cooperative company operated by farmers and farmers", the pattern of"community collective enterprise and farmers", and the pattern of"integrated farm-industry-commerce enterprise lead by farmers and farmers". In the process of analyzing the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of those patterns, the thesis presents the operating areas and mechanism of such patterns. Moreover, it focuses on the conditions of such areas that have being practiced the patterns and the problems in practical operation. Finally it gets to the corresponding measures and suggestions for reference in the development of our socialized agricultural service system.
