Study On The Influence Of Agricultural Socialization Service On Agricultural Industrial Structure In Shandong Province

Agricultural development is crucial because it is the foundation of national development.With the continuous improvement of agricultural modernization and agricultural productivity,the relationship between supply and demand of agricultural products has gradually changed from seller to buyer's market.The key influencing factors of agricultural development is the quality and structure of agricultural products.The Central Document from 2006 to 2020 proposed how to optimize and adjust the agricultural industry structure.Optimize the structure of the agricultural industry by promoting the development of agricultural social services.The development of agricultural socialization services and the optimization of agricultural industrial structure have been highly valued by the state in recent years.This paper is based on a combination of comparative research methods and theoretical empirical analysis,which it based on the relevant data from Shandong Province Statistical Yearbook 2009-2018,and the actual situation.The research process is divided into three steps: Firstly,the theoretical basis analysis and related literature review of the impact of agricultural socialization services on agricultural industrial structure are carried out.Then it summarizes the status quo of agricultural socialization services and agricultural industrial structure in Shandong Province.Finally,regression analysis was performed using panel data fixed effects and random effects models.According to the regression results,the conclusions of this research are as follows: First,the improvement of the level of agricultural socialization services,the improvement of the level of agricultural mechanization,and the improvement of the level of urbanization can effectively promote the optimization and upgrading of the agricultural industrial structure.Second,the improvement of land productivity and the increase of agricultural scale may have certain negative impacts on the optimization and upgrading of agricultural industrial structure.This may be due to the different valuations of crop production,forestry,animal husbandry,and fishery in the process of constructing agricultural industrial structure indicators.Land productivity and agricultural scale have a higher role in promoting the output value of crops,while the impact of animal husbandry and fisheries is small,which ultimately leads to a negative correlation between regression results.Improving the land productivity in Shandong Province and improving the degree of agricultural mechanization in Shandong Province are of positive significance for ensuring the development of crop production,and they play an important role in upgrading the agricultural industrial structure on the basis of ensuring the development of crop production.According to the research conclusions,the policy recommendations are as follows: First,we must accelerate the construction of agricultural socialization services,and then increase the contribution of agricultural socialization services to the optimization and upgrading of agricultural industrial structure.Second,actively promote the farmers who have already employed in urban areas.Settled in cities and towns,continue to strengthen the reform of the household registration system,accelerate the construction of new urbanization with overall consideration and coordinated development,and build a new type of urbanization according to local conditions.Third,it should increase the scale of use of combine harvesters,promote the development of agricultural mechanization services,and improve agricultural mechanization level with the productivity of crop production;Fourth,it should attach importance to the development of the service function of scientific research and education units,strengthen the links between scientific research and education units and agricultural technicians,and accelerate the conversion efficiency of agricultural technology to practical applications;Fifth,it should comprehensively improve rural human capital,expend the investment in large-scale rural education,and strengthen the construction of rural medical care;sixth,it should integrate agricultural-related funds,give full play to the comprehensive benefits of financial support for agricultural development,optimize the financial expenditure structure of China's finances,and realize the transformation of comprehensive finance from public finance.
