With the development of economy ,more and more enterprises begin to recognize the importance of management about people .As a core of people resource management, performance appraisal is very important. There is very close relationship between performance appraisal and enterprise salary ,personnel selection and appointment and employee training .It is an very important content of enterprise management .It makes that a lot of enterprises come into considerable human ,material and financial resources to continuously grope for suiting own enterprise development performance appraisal system .Its purpose is to improve performance of employees ,improve the efficiency of enterprise's production and management in every respect ,and eventually growth enterprise benefit.This topic study the performance appraisal system in ShengHua Chemical Group .Based on the theory about performance appraisal and incentive ,I evaluate this system and summarize its advantages and disadvantages ,at the same time I analysis the effect of the system .Through the analysis ,I try to do my best to improve the system and put forward suggestions .The final purpose is that the system can be effectively implemented , play a practical role and provide support to the development of this enterprise.In this paper ,I consider enterprises should pay attention to the study of performance appraisal .We don't judge the feasibility of performance appraisal according to immediate benefits .Through the way of theory and practice ,I try to constantly improve the system. According to the enterprise strategic target, I make reasonable solutions of performance appraisal in order to improve the enthusiasm of the employees and promote the improvement between the individual performance and organizational performance together.
