Performance management points out the direction for enterprise employees by setting up scientific and reasonable organizational objectives, goals and personal goals. Managers are able to find out the existing working problems of subordinates through the approach of performance communication and coaching in time, and necessary guidance and resources support could be provided to subordinates subsequently. In this way, subordinates ensure the implementation of performance target through improving working attitude and working method. During the performance evaluation process, a fair evaluation is made for the stage work of personal and departmental, and specific and sector contribution to the organization should be cleared. Managers motivate high performance departments and staff to continue improving performance through a variety of ways, and urge the low performance departments and staff to identify gaps and improve their performance. Performance management has great significance to enterprises, so enterprises should do a good job in performance management, in order to improve enterprise performance and efficiency, we must establish a set of complete and scientific performance management system. Only in this way, the enterprise can have a plan, and make everything in good order and well arranged to implement performance management, which brings better development to the enterprise.At this point, according to the staff performance management problems of Hongyunhonghe Group, the author did a questionnaire survey and interview to enterprise staff and carefully refer to the relevant documents related performance management, and to explore the existing problems of performance management of Hongyunhonghe Group staff. The survey found out that, most of the staff of the corporation did not identify the performance management system, and even the staff who agreed with the present performance management still had many suggestions, as a result, the performance management of Hongyunhonghe Group had many gaps to be improved. Although a part of leadership agree that its performance management system should be reformed, but under the real situation of investment and lacking of time, many leaders are reluctant to implement such reform.Aiming at the problem that discovered in investigation and combined with the relevant theory of human resource management and existing performance management system of Hongyunhonghe Group, this paper proposes a performance management pattern to the group, and carries out relevant experiment and summary. These experiences have certain reference significance to those enterprises with same strength.
