The text heavily carry on research about the problem of the employee performance appraisal system of shui Gang if has a chieved some sighi ficance research out comes.The object of this text mainly focuses on the employ performance appraisal system of shui Gang. Firstly, it infroduce the employee performance appraisal the ries foun daxion and the running situation of the employee performance appraisal of shui Gang. Secondly , I found a lot of questions according to the analysis of the running situation of the employee performance appraisal system of shui Gang, which is the employee performance appraisal system disjoinfed with the business enterprises sfafegy impiement, dis clear about the performance appraisel in dications and performance appraisal sfand ards ,the employee dis concencern with the perform an ce appraisal system then ,the writer analyzes the employee performance appraisal model of shui Gang, on the background information analysis , the author puts forward using the strategic orientation performance appraisal model of one station one form to improve the availability of the employee performance appraisal system of shui Gang, and the author puts forward the design theories foundation, the design principle, the design request, the running program and the securing measures of above model Then, the writer analyzes the oufcomes and short coming of above system in one year , Finally , the writgr summarizes the condusion and points out future research direction .Depend on research result of above quertion , the author definitely point out it can improve Nofonly on the validity of the employee performance appraisal system of shui Gang but also on the satisfation standard of the employee performance appraisal with using the strat egic orient ation performance appraisal model of one station one form to improve the employee performance appraisal system of shui Gang . if can malce the employee behavior lead to strategy direction , the employee and enterprises keep goal consistenty the employee adivate in order to achiev the organization goal . Finally , it make the enterprises strategy goal echieving the employee growing constantly, the aeferprist deueloping constantly.
