Philosophy Of Ecological Industry In The Perspective Of Marxism

An increase of material wealth is laid particular stress on during the traditional industrialization and modernization process while the eco-environment protection is neglected, or rather; the nature is simply treated as what the human beings can fetch from to survive. Under this view of development, the economic development grows miraculously, with abundant material wealth wildly accumulated; however, huge price is also paid accordingly. This paper talks about Eco-industry, known as industrial ecology, which is a kind of inter discipline science referring to industrial system, economic system and their relations to the eco-environment. On the principle of ecology and economy, it aims at setting up a green industry based on environmental carrying capacity and environmental coordination, in which, the ecosystem, the economic system as well as the social system work efficiently and harmoniously. Thus, the Eco-industry peruses the balance among the social progress, the economical progress and the environment protection,so as to consolidate the benefits from the ecosystem, the economy and the society. Following the idea of unifying the economical growth and environment protection, the paper discusses the realization approach to the Eco-industry, and the promoting measures of it. The body of the paper is divided into the followings. The first part is an introduction of Eco-industry, showing what Eco-industry is and what sub-industries it includes. By analyzing why the Eco-industry comes into being– the ecological crisis, the second part points out the thesis of resolving the ecological crisis– Marxist eco-standpoint. The third part discusses the principles of setting up the Eco-industry and the selection of the developmental pattern,that is, telling how to establish the Eco-industry. The fourth part brings forward the strategy of constructing the Eco-industry, and proves that by well designing and the support of relevant policies, the realization of Eco-industry construction is fully practical. The last part is a sum up of the whole.
