Research On The Mechanism Of The Petrochemical Industry Aggregation Based On The Theory Of Virtual Organization

With the development of globalization, the economic integration and the international division of labor and cooperation, the revolution of virtual technology and information technology promote the development of the virtual organization and industrial clusters based on the theory of virtual organization. The cluster based on the theory of virtual organization is a new mode that integrates the concept of virtual business into the operation of industry cluster. Compare to the traditional cluster, it not only can overcome the problems of using of external resources and innovation, but also relieves the resource pressure. What's more, it provides a platform, where companies can quickly find the potential partners includes material suppliers and product sellers, and then, all the companies establish the virtual organization through contract, joint venture and building technology alliances. The virtualization of industry cluster can decrease the complexity and cost of building the virtual organization and improve initiative of the companies. Therefore, that researching on the virtual organizations and the clusters based on the theory of the virtual organization is important for the enterprises and industry, even for the regional economic.On the basis of the theories about industry cluster and virtual organization, firstly, the essay analyses the framework, influences, drivers and path of the industry cluster based on the theory of virtual organization, and then takes Ningbo as an example, analyses the characteristics, path and patterns of Ningbo petrochemical industry. Secondly, it uses AHP method to measure the virtual degree of Ningbo petrochemical industry, and briefly evaluates the development of Ningbo petrochemical industry virtualization according to the scores of the whole industry and each indicate. Finally, it summarizes the problems of he development of Ningbo petrochemical industry virtualization, and then proposes the targeted suggestions. This thesis has two innovative points, the one is the perspective, and the other is the method.
