A Study On Structure Evolution And Knowledge Diffusion Of Virtual Industry Cluster Based On Social Network

As science and technology advances and communication technology develops, the innovation superiority and competitive advantage of virtual industry cluster has become more and more obvious. With the cross-regional characteristic,virtual industry cluster can organize knowledge and resource more effectively, form the greater innovation network,and help to improve the core competitiveness and realize the resources sharing more fully. At present, the research of virtual industry clusters is still in its infancy and less systemic. With the development of virtual industry clusters, knowledge sharing and diffusion become more and more important, at the same time these activities have to rely on social networks, so the research on the evolution of the social network and knowledge diffusion process of the virtual industry cluster is helpful to grasp the law of the virtual industry cluster.Based on the domestic and foreign literatures, this paper redefined the virtual industry cluster, and analyzed the social network structure of the virtual industry cluster.Meanwhile,the paper analyzed the structure evolution of virtual industry cluster by the evolutionary game theory,concluded that the sound development of virtual industry cluster need to improve cluster platform resources, promote the ability of transforming resources into earnings,and cooperate with the appropriate penalty degree and so on.With the analysis results above,the paper built a network evolution simulation model of virtual industry cluster,the simulation results showed that the clustering coefficient of the virtual industry cluster is low and fluctuate in a certain scope,and the degree distribution presents the "long tail" effect while the degree of some nodes increases significantly.Therefore,in the process of social network evolution of the virtual industry cluster,the core enterprises occupy the important position,and the virtual industry shows some characteristics of loose.Finally.this paper summarized the factors affecting the diffusion of knowledge in virtual industry cluster, then established a knowledge diffusion simulation model of the virtual industry cluster. In the simulation experiment, the proportion of the number of the enterprises who had been involved in knowledge diffusion was considered as the observation variable to investigate the changes of the indexes in the network evolution of the virtual industry cluster.After several contrast tests, conclusions were obtained:the degree of difficulty of knowledge and the strength of the network connection has the the most significant effect on the knowledge diffusion in the virtual industry cluster;the psychological distance in virtual industry cluster becomes an important factor to influence the diffusion of knowledge;the influence of knowledge reserves and knowledge integration capability of member enterprises is relatively small.Based on the above conclusions, this paper put forward relevant policies and suggestions to guide the development of the virtual industry cluster.
