Research On Structural Adjustment Of Chinese Export Trade Under The Low Carbon Economy

Since the reform and opening,Chinese foreign trade develops rapidly and has achieved unprecedented achievements , during this period, Chinese export trade structure has continuous adjustment,its optimization and upgrade has a great significance of domestic economicial sustainable development .Now under the guidance of the concept of the low carbon economic development, many of our industries such as textiles,steel,nonmetal mineral products industry,non-ferrous metal industry and chemical industry etc are facing great pressure reduction.These pollution intensive occupies a large proportion in export.So, in this context the article will comprehensively analyzed on Chinese export trade structure adjustment.In low carbon economic development background of the trade structure adjustment , based on the environmental factor endowments theory and sustainable development of foreign trade as the theory basis, the article analyzes our country nearly three decades of export trade structure adjustment evolution and found our country still exports manufactured goods ,its ,absolute emissions of carbon content not only has increased, and the relative weight of the national carbon total emissions also increases year by year,so export products have high carbonization characteristics;Intra-industry trade are mainly resource-intensive industries, resource-intensive products export in greater proportion, it not only causes resources consumption and waste, and also will produce pressure on the environment;In export trade structure, the export amount of the most serious pollutive industrial products is basic remaining constant and even rising.Our export structure adjustment is effected by dual influences of general factors and practical factors. Low carbon economy has became the trend of world economic development ,it will inevitably have influence on Chinese export structure, through multiple empirical analysis on our country's export trade structure, we can get such conclusions: A country's technical level and industrial structure are important factors of export trade structure which have a significant positive effect;In addition, energy consumption changes export trade influence in a small degree and the direction is negative, so even increasing production resource investment also cannot be prompted export trade increasing;Environmental protection on Chinese export trade structure optimization has a positively promote role. Therefore, this article advise to enhance the technical level and improve our country,s industrial structure to optimizate and upgrade of export trade structure, through strengthening of international cooperation, making carbon tariff policies to construct our export structure adjustment mechanism to adapt low-carbon economy .
