Recently, our country vigorously guides and supports the enterprises with competitive advantage to go out and make themselves the large-scale multinational corporations with international competitiveness in order to cope with the rapid development of economic globalization and rapid expansion of multinational corporations within the world. In this way, how to cultivate and develop the real multinational corporations, what kind of development strategy and organizational structure will benefit for the globalization development of enterprises, how to improve the development efficiency of multinational corporations, and the problems mentioned above become especially prominent and need to be deeply studied and solved.Through the survey of the successful development and the great achievements of the multinational corporations, it is not difficult to see that the successful development of multinational corporations largely depends on globalization development and the systematic organizational structure. With some excellent multinational corporations performing very well in the international market, China's multinational corporations just start and are still young compared with some well-developed large multinational corporations. Therefore, our country's multinational corporations need to further explore the development strategies and the experiences of organizational structure changes of well-known multinational corporations, compare the development strategy and organization changes with the domestic and overseas corporations, which have very important significance for promoting and the rapid growth and development of China's multinational corporations. By tracing the development strategy and the development trend of organization structure changes in the domestic and overseas corporations, this paper conducts a systematic analysis of different development strategy conducted in the development process, and the performance of organization structure changes, especially demonstrate the adaptability and availability of the diversified development strategy and the decentralized organization structure in the domestic and overseas multinational corporations.Meanwhile, from the aspects of strategy, the background, advantage, the basis of structure development transformation, transformation process, trend, efficiency, the paper makes a contractive analysis of the development strategy, organization changes and performance of the successful multinational corporations to explore the development strategy and structure mode which are suitable for China's multinational corporations. Using foreign multinational corporations'development experiences for reference, the paper presents orientation for promoting the development of China's corporations from the aspects of development strategy and organization structure.
