The problem of the gap between rich and poor, is not only related to ordinary people's livelihood of the people, but also related to economic and social development of the global; Solving the problem is to adjust the gap between the existing pattern of interests, and to give consideration to the economic development and social stability; Therefore solve the problem has become China's current deepening reform of hot, difficulties and key.
