Study Of Deng Xiaoping’s Thought Of Common Prosperity

Common prosperity is the ultimate goal of the development of socialism, but due tovarious reasons, the residents’ current income gap of our country is constantly expanding,although reasonable residents’ income gap is the inevitable result of the development ofmarket economy, which can effectively improve the enthusiasm of the people, theunreasonable income gap will create obstacles to reform, have bad influence on the socialstability, and hinder the achievement of the ultimate goal of socialism.This article mainly studies how to solve the problem of the income gap between richand poor in China, from the perspective of Deng Xiaoping’s Thought of CommonProsperity. The article firstly introduces the research background of Deng Xiaoping’sThought of Common Prosperity and domestic scholar’s research achievements of theThought, then studies on its origin, the international and domestic influence factors, andthe main content of it. And then, from the point of the analysis of the present situation ofthe domestic income gap expanding, the article has carried on the analysis from thesystem of socialist market economy, two structures in urban and rural areas,redistribution and primitive conditions on the widening income gap between rich andpoor. Finally, in view of how to use Deng Xiaoping’s Common Prosperity Thought tosolve the problem of the current domestic income gap widening, the author puts forwardsome effective solutions to the problem by doing researching on speeding up economicdevelopment, adhere to the public ownership and distribution according to work as themain body, allocation efficiency pay more attention to fairness, reshaping the moderngovernment to construct the harmonious society and strengthen the legal and moralconstruction of socialism.In this paper, the author studies on how to solve the problem of the income gap between rich and poor in China, based on a solid theoretical foundation and rich practicalexperience of Deng Xiaoping’s Thought of Common Prosperity, and have achieved someresults, which is helpful to solve the growing problem of income gap between rich andpoor in China, and also has a certain theoretical value to achieve the ultimate goal ofsocialism.
