Research On Time Management Based On Business Process Node

When the process after the concept was formally proposed more attention by scholars and businesses, from the initial process reengineering to the present process management, understanding and awareness of the process also continues to deepen. Process management is an understanding of the establishment, planning, operation, optimization of the complex cycle, but as an important stage in the cycle of the process plan is not much, this is the plan to focus on the process at this stage to study the processes related to time management methods.This paper studies on the process of time management analyzes the current situation, through the analysis process of the past studies looking at time management time planning the overall process, key management and control of the entire process duration to meet the stated objectives.
