PMC Selecting Research Under The Integration Management Mode For Large Project

Based on the research of the domestic and foreign analysis and combined with the management mode and the contractor selection theory knowledge, this paper summarizes the importance and particularity of the project management contractor (PMC) under the mode of IPMT, and also proposes PMC evaluation indicator system. Using the method of quality function deployment, this paper also builds the quality-house based model of PMC selection evaluation, meets the requirement of demand-oriented, qualitative and quantitative evaluation PMC. Finally, take a large project PMC selection for example to demonstrate the effectiveness of this mode. The main content of this paper lists as below:First, analyzes the meaning and feature of project management mode, compare several normal modes, and pointed out the applicable scope based on the analysis of advantage and disadvantage. Research project management contractor selection process, steps and evaluation method, point out the deficiency of current evaluation method, and provide the theoretical support for the choice of project management contractors in IPMT.Secondly, based on the research of management mode, analyzes the role particularity of PMC, made importance and particularity clear, and propose the PMC contractor selection construction principles in IPMT. Under the direction of this principle, establish PMC prequalification and evaluation indexes and analyzes meaning and function of the index comprehensive. Again, in view of the present PMC selection method, put forward HOQ based PMC selection model. Based on the acquisition of requirements related information, achieve the conversion from customer demand importance to PMC evaluation index importance, thus establishes the demand-oriented PMC evaluation method.Finally, based on the above theory research, apply HOQ based PMC into some large engineering project evaluation. By using the software of"Yaahp"and"QFD2000"to confirm the customer demand importance, achieve good effect, so that verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of this model.
