The Research Of Organization Structure Optimizing Based On Modern Enterprise System

Chairman Jiang Zemin put forward the idea to establish the modern enterprise system of"clear property right, specific authority and responsibility, separate government and enterprise, scientific management"as the goal for Chinese enterprises to reform their enterprise system in the 15th communist party, from then on modern enterprise system known as its high efficiency which stems from the western world has been flourishing on the wide Chinese mother earth. At the same time of enterprises reform their system one after another, optimizing the organizational structure causes the together attention of entrepreneurs and academicians. Because advanced organization structure can directly decide the core competence and management efficiency of these enterprises.Since 90th in the 20 century, the new technology revolution which sweeps the world changed the living space of the enterprises, competition between them intense unparalleled, upgrading the core competence becomes essential requirement for enterprises living. For modern enterprises, core competence represents four meanings, governance structural competence, management competence, production competence and market competence. In this thesis governance structure, management structure, production and operation structure, and inter-firm structure are integrated into the definition of enterprise organization, discusses the important meaning to optimize organization structure for upgrading enterprise core competence from four aspects. In pursuit of efficiency is the eternal goal of enterprises, on this condition, the thesis puts forward a four-step scheme based on modern enterprise system of organization structure optimizing process, discuss what to do to improve enterprise efficiency and to optimize organization structure in the Chinese characteristics background of social democracy market economy, especially the manufacturing enterprises develop greatly, as well as emphasized on paying attention to innovation mechanism ,which is essential in the process of optimizing organization structure and maintaining this kind of core competence perpetually.In this paper, both theoretical analysis and empirical study are adopted. in theoretical, it studies the relationship between upgrading enterprise core competence and organization structure optimizing, on foundation of this, the thesis puts forward a scheme of organization structure optimizing process based on modern enterprise system, as to provide an alternative attempt of the research in the enterprise organizational structure optimizing,and as to play a practical role in guiding WeiHua group to optimize its organization structure in practice.
