The Competitiveness Research Of Chinese Public Securities Company

In China, securities industry so far has gone through a 20-year history. During these 20 years, securities industry has made considerable progress. The management level of the securities is increasing. However, compared with the large international investment bank, we still have a wide gap. With the deepening of financial globalization, our securities industry has to face even more severe external shocks and challenges. Therefore it is a very important issue that how to improve he competitiveness of securities. This paper will analyze in this area.This paper considering competitiveness and the competitiveness of enterprises as a start point, introduces the main theories of foreign competitiveness of enterprises at beginning. Then it introduces in detail the competitiveness theory of the special enterprises--- securities, so as to establish a complete theoretical system of competitiveness. After that, the paper analyzes the external environment, the overall competitiveness of the current situation of securities in China. In the following, it sets up a relatively complete index system so as to provide a direction of indicators selecting for the further analysis. According to the index system, this paper selects some quantifiable and more important indicators to analyze the situation of the competitiveness of securities. It selects the listed securities in China as analyzing objects, and uses the method for factor analysis, at last obtains the results. It can discover the advantages and disadvantages of brokers and comments them to find out the various important factors that affects the competitiveness of securities. Finally, this paper puts forward proposals to improve the competitiveness of securities companies from external environment. Then the most important thing is to propose considerable ideas to listed securities companies in the micro business with high availability and timeliness.
