Research On The Competitiveness Of Traditional And Advantaged Industry In Henan

For a country or a region, the whole of the economic development is the area of industrial property, particularly common development, the stronger of industries, particularly the industrial sector's competitiveness is, the better the country or region of the overall competitiveness is. Henan province is such a province which has much traditional industry, such as food, colored, chemicals, equipment, spare parts and motor, and the six large textiles and garment industry is both traditional industries and support of the whole economic development of industries. The six major industries can smoothly transform and upgrade the industrial competitiveness is the finger of the whole economic development. How to examine the competition situation of the six industries scientifically and objectively and seek to improve the competitiveness of channels has become eagerly issue.The paper adopts qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method is used in paper. As the area of industrial competitiveness is defined, I established twenty-eight specific indicators in industrial and industrial infrastructure growth potential competitiveness. In the paper I mainly adopt the main factors analysis, use SPSS statistical analysis software to the nation, except Tibet, Yunnan, Hainan, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan on quantizing their six large industrial competitiveness as follow conclusion:first, the traditional industries of Henan province is in the upper level in the central areas and developed areas in the east overall, but there still a considerable gap with the develop areas of east. Second, the basic competitiveness of Henan is absolutely advantage able than undeveloped areas and is in an absolutely inferior position than develop areas; thirdly, the growing potential for competitive advantage of traditional industrial isn't obvious. On this basis, I summarize the six major industries in the competition problems:First, traditional industries in Henan Province of the business is comparatively low, the competition behind the market size and production performance of two of six industries based on competitive factors the driving force.Six industries added value, equity and debt behind the realization of the developed areas;Second, Henan Province, the innovative capacity of traditional industries and new transformation capacity lags far behind the eastern region, the province of industrial carrying capacity of the environment weak.Because of these six tradition preponderant industries in a small scale, the brand of product hasn't advantage, the chain of industries short and simple, process and equipment being backward, producing equipment in the update behind the industry development, the capacity of self-renovation of industrial enterprises being low, lacking funds of research, the government's effort being not giver enough, having clear approaches, high and new-tech industries in the not mature, and so on, the competitiveness is formed. So, I prospered in this paper, reconstruct the six industries in new and high-technology, and by a series of measures to upgrade competitiveness of traditional industries of Henan province. This article presented on this basis: convert this six industries in high technology, and by means of promotion information technology; strengthen the independent innovation capability of industrial enterprises; combination production, study and research truly; increasing research and development funding support; taking role of the government functions and taking effective measures to enhance the competitiveness of traditional industries of Henan province.
