The real estate industry is a pillar industry of the national economy; it also drives the development of other relevant industries. As a very important growth point of national economy, the real estate industry has been making contribution for the rapid growth of China's economy. In recent years, the real estate industry in Shenyang is rapidly developing with fierce competition. The government is controlling the real estate industry macroscopically, in order to regulate the development of this industry. In this case, whether an enterprise can gain more effective demand to seize the market decides its destiny. This causes a situation that more and more real estate enterprise are going to focus on business management based on market demand, so marketing strategy is playing a more and more important role in enterprise management. In various marketing strategy, choosing appropriate media to put advertisement efficiently has become a very important factor which decides if an enterprise can beat the competitors and gain more market share. Therefore, doing research about the effect of different media strategy is particularly important.When an enterprise chooses Medias to advertise, we should consider not only the cost and the quantity of customers we can attract, but also whether the audience group of the media is our target customers. Only by considering these two factors, we can make the right decisions.This article puts forward a model of choosing media to advertise based on the researching on the effect of advertisement in different media. By studying a project named The Arch, we can see how to make a better decision. Media strategy model can help real estate enterprises to choose the suitable media or media mix, so they can advertise efficiently to attract more customers in order to fulfill the needs of the project. Only when having a sufficient number of customers, enterprise can seize the initiative and survive in the competition.
