The Implact Of Sevice FDI On The Employment Of Liaoning

As the economic development of Liaoning province, service industry plays more and more important role in it, at the same time, our province attracts more service foreign capital in recent days. Service industry gradually becomes the main source of foreign investment in our province, also gradually becomes the main force in solving surplus labor force of our province. Out of the severe employment situation of our province, the paper will analyze the various aspects influences of service FDI on the employment of Liaoning province.The paper introduces the situation of Liaoning province that attracts the service foreign investment and the overall employment of our province, and through the combing of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis to analyze the influences of service foreign investment on the employment quantity, employment quality, employment structure and employment environment of Liaoning province. Through employment creating, employment transfer, and employment substitution to analysis the service FDI affects the employment quantity, the conclusion is that the effect of service FDI on the employment quantity of Liaoning is positive. Through wages, human capital and labor productivity to analysis the effect of service FDI on the employment quality of Liaoning. Employment structure mainly analyze that the effect of service FDI on the industrial structure of Liaoning. Employment environment analysis the effect of service FDI on the working environment of Liaoning. The theoretical analysis results of above are all positive. The data of empirical analysis is from"Liaoning Province Statistics Yearbook"(1998-2008). The conclusion is that service FDI can promote the employment quantity of Liaoning and it is helpful to improve our employment quality, employment environment, and employment structure, namely, the overall effect is positive. According to the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis results, we put forward some suggestions that how we can use service FDI to promote our employment.
