| Emerging industries of strategic is technology-intensive, less consumption of resources, growth of great potential,and good comprehensive benefits,which has an important role economic and social development. The development of emerging industries of strategic has become a major strategic to the world's major countries to seize the new round of the commanding heights of economic and technological development. Accelerate the development of emerging industries of strategic, is the CPC Central Committee and State Council's major policy decisions, and even more is the inherent requirement of scientific development in China. In October 2010 the State Council issued the " a decision on accelerating the development of emerging industries of strategic ". At the same time, the CPC Central Committee and the governments at all levels are actively preparing national and regional "Twelve Five-Year " plan of emerging industries of strategic.The development of emerging industries of strategic is particularly important to economic and social development of a region, especially in some provinces in Central China, the development of regional emerging industries of strategic is significant. However, in the nurturing and development of emerging industries of strategic, we must fully consider the specific circumstances of the region and accord them to select industries.
