Research Inner Mongolia's Regional Economic Differences And The Coordinated Development During The Decade Of The Western Development

The entire regional economy is an important component of national economic system, the coordinated development of regional economy is sound and fast, a prerequisite for sustainable development. Regional economy has been plagued by uneven economic development in developing countries. "Twelve Five" is to promote regional coordination during the critical period of development, but also the further development of regional cooperation, an important opportunity.Inner Mongolia as one of the important provinces in the western development,during the development of West China in the first 10 years, that is, 2000-2009, its economic development has made great achievements, but its internal differences in regional economic issues are also increasingly apparent.Therefore, from the empirical analysis angle, this article studys provincial internal regional economic differences for case of Inner Mongolia autonomous region, especially after the start of the great development of the west, Inner Mongolia regional economic differences spatio-temporal evolution. This will not only for Inner Mongolia and other provincial regional economic development and policy recommendations provide theoretical basis, and has important theoretical significance; and to promote economic development of Inner Mongolia, to realize the rise of western region, have important practical significance. Based on the review of research achievements at home and abroad, from the Angle of first time in 2009, using 2000 - between 10 years of national economic statistical data, with the aid of the absolute difference and relative difference analysis method, this paper estimates the regional economic differences and their Inner Mongolia's evolution.From the calculated result conclude, Inner Mongolia regional economic differences shows increasing overall trends. Next, use Theil index decomposition analysis method,MengDong, Mengzhong and MengXi three regional economic differences between and regional internal expanded tendency was further verified. Secondly, through the aforementioned series of empirical studies and comprehensive evaluation, from the natural conditions, production factors, industry structure, openness and regional development policies in five areas to analyze the causes of regional economic disparities in Inner Mongolia.
