Analysis On The Coordinated Development Of Regional Economy In Gansu Province

The topic of �coordinated development of regional economies' ' has attracted considerable attraction.We have worked out and implement economic and strategic measures,such as Development of the West Regions,Midlands Rise,and the Revitalization of the Old industrial Base in the Northeast.,as well as tackling key problems of Poverty Relief,the Belt and Road Initiative that are carried out now,all of them demonstrated that our country attach importance to coordinated development of regional economies.With the interpretation of the strategic plan of "coordinating regional coordination and invigorating the countryside" in line with the report of the 19 th National Congress,faced with the reality that big economic gap exist among eastern,central and western regions,combined with the interpreting of planning the region coordinated development and rural vitalization,we need continually further discuss and deeper dug into topics of coordinated development of regional economies,including its situation,reason,suggestions,and countermeasures.Therefore,the paper targets at Gansu province,which is relatively backward but ranked high in history and culture.Based on its special provincial regions�narrow and long landscape,rich and varied natural geography,analyzes the coordinated development of regional economy of whole province,five economic zones and each city.Based on the present situation of regional economy in Gansuprovince and related research at home and abroad,this paper clarifies the basic concept of coordinated development of regional economies clearly.Regional economic linkages,growth and quality differences,together with efficiency differences are selected as four basic indicators refer to ways of chosen and measure on degree of coordinated development of regional economies in the article �Trend and Character analysis of our country's coordinated development of regional economy�,which is wrote by professor Qin Chenglin,doctoral student Zheng Yunfeng,Zhang Hua and others in Jinan University and Gao Shang's article �Spatial-temporal Evolution of He Nan Province's Coordinated Development of Regional Economies Since the Reform and Opening-up�.Critic empowerment is used objectively for each indicator,corresponding statistical model is got on the basis of weight determination.The degree of coordinated development of regional economies belonging to the whole province and economic areas can be wrote out by using the date needed during years of research in the model.Then,the degree on coordinated development of regional economies in different years can be drawn as time-series line chart in order to observe,compare and analyze.Finally,the main conclusions are drawn,counter measures and suggestions are put forward.
