| Ecological agriculture started in 1960s as the opposite side of oil agriculture. It is the modern agriculture which springs up on the basis of the ecology and economic theory, combining with modern science and technology achievements especially agricultural science and technology achievements, modern management techniques and traditional agriculture experience. It can bring large economic, ecological and social benefits. Ecological agriculture demonstration area can help promoting the ecological agriculture. Since 1997, China had begun promoting the ecological agriculture demonstration,it had developed quickly, particularly in the construction of county ecological agriculture demonstration area. The governments as the promoters are the dominant force of promoting the ecological agriculture demonstration construction. Its behavior directly or indirectly affects the development direction of ecological agriculture demonstration construction. Studying on role boundary, acting way, advantages and disadvantages of government's behavior in ecological agriculture demonstration area has very important theoretical and practical significance. With county government behavior as the research object, use the empirical research, historical analysis, system analysis and qualitative analysis, combining with government behavior of Gong Cheng yao autonomous county of Guangxi's in ecological agriculture demonstration construction to expound, it has a good typical experience. Analyze the reason of county government behavior at loss in China , demonstrates China's county government acts of optimization paths including make Strategic Planning of ecological demonstration area and deepening county government ability construction, deepening county government system construction and so on in five aspects. It is useful to explore the related theory research of the ecological agriculture demonstration construction and government behavior. |
