Enhancing The Independent Innovation Competence And Building An Innovational Country

Nowadays, society's development, the economical growth and the comprehensive national strength contest, which strongly displays in the technical strength aspect day by day. So we have no alternative but have to take the independent innovation as future developmental strategy. The innovation always is the research topic which the people take. At present, the word of independent innovation has become one of most popular words in China. This article base on systematically elaborating the concept of independent innovation, has thoroughly discussed present situation and the question of our country independent innovation, then had pointed out the necessity of independent innovation. In the end, I try to give the countermeasure of solving the question independent innovation.In chapter one, I discuss connotation of the innovation country and the independent innovation. I start from three basic concepts: the primitive innovation, the integrated innovation and indraught, digestion, absorption then re-innovation. Then we can go deep into understand the independent innovation connotation.In chapter two, I point out the present situation and the problems of independent innovation in our country. In fact our country obtain some preliminary achievements in independent innovation .we have the foundation and the condition to build innovation country, but our country in the independent innovation still has many problems such as the talented person, the fund investment, enterprise innovation and so on.In chapter three, I give some countermeasures of solving existent problems of independent innovation. Such as setting the innovational thinking consciousness of government and enterprise, establishing persistent effective investment mechanism and all kinds of investments system, taking the strategy to encourage the talented person to make our nation powerful and the protection policy of the intellectual property rights and so on.
