Consumption credit is financial services products which the economy develops to a certain extent, the currency of credit to a higher level, to reduce consumption and production of the contradictions among the consumption growth in production growth rates. In our country, consumption credit as an effective means plays a very important role in regulating consumption demand and promoting steady economic growth and improving the structure of the assets.However, the consumption credit development of commercial banks of Xinjiang is not ideal, consumer loans in commercial banks share of small business loans, compared with some developed areas in the gap. The further development of Xinjiang's commercial banks consumer credit, which give full play role in promoting the economy of Xinjiang at this stage is one of the issues which need to be focused on.In this paper, the combination of normative analysis and empirical analysis gives comprehensive research on the development of consumption credit in Xinjiang commercial banks. Firstly, China's commercial banks need for the development of consumer credit to explore, through Xinjiang, the total amount of consumer credit, consumer credit, input structure, and Xinjiang, Xinjiang's economic growth impact on the quantitative analysis of Xinjiang's development of commercial banks, consumer credit situation. Secondly, based on current status of commercial banks in consumer credit constrained the development of Xinjiang, the demand and supply factors. Lastly, in the qualitative and quantitative analysis based on according to supply and demand situation and the perspective of constraints under the proposed targeted, effective and feasible advice, Xinjiang to further improve the development of commercial banks, consumer credit, thus contributing to faster economic growth and sustainable, healthy and rapid development.Follow the above ideas the paper is divided into four parts: the first part is commercial bank in China at this stage the need for the development of consumption credit; the second part is the consumption credit development of Xinjiang Commercial Bank; the third part is the restricted factors of consumption credit development demand and supply in Xinjiang commercial banks; the fourth part is suggestions to promote the development of consumer credit, in Xinjiang commercial banks.
