Consumption is one of the most important factors in people's daily life. It is a factor of corporate marketing in recent years. Concerning consumer's behavior, we can control the marketing exactly, prompting the economy's development. From now on, Xinjiang is one of the most important cities in western of China; the economy development is very quickly. The consumption development and consumption structure are very different between Xinjiang cavils. Because of the special country sites and habits, people's consume leveling is developed quickly. Besides, the consumption between people is different. To understanding the people's consume marketing rightly, to presume the consumer's demanding exactly, can help the corporate marketing observing and understanding Xinjiang consumer's buying habits, considering consumers'habits, in order to prompt consumer's requirement. Helping enterprises to carry out marketing activities and enhance economy growth.In this paper, predecessors in the comprehensive study of consumer behavior based on the results of the consumer's theory and Statistical communiqué, to survey Xinjiang consume market. Firstly, on the basic of Statistical communiqués, to survey consumers consume gross, consume level and consume structure. Secondly, through setting up mathematic model, making use of SPSS13.0 and EXCEL software to decide Xinjiang consumer marketing future trending. People's life has gradually changed from the type of"survival"into the type of"development"and"enjoyment". lastly, combined marketing theory, through market dividing, marketing choice, production orientation and market 4P theory, to prompt Xinjiang consumer's consume structure, expand market activity, for enterprises to adopt marketing strategies suggested.
