Research On Entrepreneurial Model Of University Spin-off Companies Based On Entrepreneurial Environment

University spin-off companies originated in the United States after World War II, with the success and rapid development of Silicon Valley in America promoted by Stanford University and its University Spin-offs, the great significance of University Spin-offs to regional economy increasingly began to draw people's attention. At the beginning of 21st century, the central government makes a significant strategic decision, and Tianjin Binhai New Area will serve as the new growth pole of the regional economic development, which adds new energy to the development of Tianjin. Therefore, it is necessary to promote the regional economic development by using the power of university spin-offs around the Bohai Sea Area.How to improve the success rate of University Spin-offs has become a thorny issue, entrepreneurial model is a key factor according to previous research results, and it must be combined with the regional characteristics. Based on the above analysis, this article discusses the appropriate entrepreneurial models of University Spin-offs in Tianjin, by analyzing entrepreneurial environment and characteristics of University Spin-offs, in order to provide some useful entrepreneurial experience and improve the success rate of entrepreneurial practices.Firstly, it summarizes theories on entrepreneurship, University Spin-offs and entrepreneurial environment, to lay theoretical foundation for the whole text. Then select some appropriate indicators about entrepreneurial environment to build a evaluation model, and analyze entrepreneurial environment through mathematical statistics methods, using the information collected by a questionnaire. Thirdly, classify entrepreneurial models from the point that how entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial environment interacted and the degree, and then discuss four appropriate models, such as Expand model, technology-venture model, incubator-entrepreneurship model and strategic alliance model. At last, based on the analysis of entrepreneurial environment of Tianjin, some proposals are made from four points to improve the entrepreneurial environment of Tianjin and serve the University Spin-offs better.
