Research On The Relationship Between College Students' Entrepreneurial Environment,entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy And Entrepreneurial Intention

Since the year of 2014,the wave of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" has been set off all of the country.Thousands and thousands of innovative and entrepreneurial people are becoming the main force of econmic development in China.College students,the most dynamic and creative group in the whole society,are the country's valuable human resources.For the sake of improving the level of students'entrepreneurship and innovation,government,society and universities adopted a series of measures,fostering a good entrepreneurial environment for college student.Therefore,it will have far-reaching significance to research on college students'entrepreneurial activities.This thesis was to study the relationship between entrepreneurial environment,entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention of college students.Though a large number of literature review,the thesis built theoretical model among entrepreneurial environment,entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention.Then,by means of the pre-test and the reliability and validity test for the preliminary design of the questionnaire,the final questionnaire was formed.Questionnaires were sent to college students in Beijing,three hundreds questionnaires were sent out.Finally,there were two hundreds and eighty valid questionnaires excluding incomplete questionnaires.Through descriptive statistics,correlation analysis,regression analysis and so on,the thesis drew the following conclusions:(1)Entrepreneurship policy,financing environment and sociocultural environment have significant positive effect on entrepreneurial self-efficacy.(2)Innovation efficacy and oppotunity recognition efficacy have significant positive effect on entrepreneurial intention.(3)Entrepreneurship policy,education and trainning and financing environment have significant positive effect on entrepreneurial intention.(4)Entrepreneurial self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role in the influence of entrepreneurial policy,education and trainning and financing environment on entrepreneurial intention.This research selected entrepreneurial self-efficacy as an intermediary variable,and described and measured the dimensions of college students' entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial self-efficacy especially.Referring to many scales of domestic and foreign scolars,we designed scales that in line with China's national conditions and the status quo of college students to measure the dimensions of college students'entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial self-efficacy.Finally,ideas for the improvement of entrepreneurial environment have been provided.Moreover,this thesis put forward some suggestions on provide high quality entrepreneurial environment for college students and some ways to improve the the entrepreneurial self-efficacy of college students,which will be of practical significance to enhance their entrepreneurial intention and increase their entrepreneurial enthusiasm.This was also the innovation of the research.
