Today, the real estate market has attracted most attention of the market. On the one hand, it plays a very important role in the strong driving force of economic development of China; on the other hand, its prices have been so high that people can't bear. Pay more attention to the people's livelihood, the Government is increasing efforts to control real estate. Real estate market is about to face a brutal reshuffle. How to survive in the brutal course, how to shape core competitiveness of the real estate enterprise, improving customer satisfaction and meeting customer's needs is the first large that real estate business should do well. The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1) Overview the details of development of Chinese real estate enterprises and the problems faced by real estate companies. On the other hand put forward the importance to improve customer satisfaction and shape the competitiveness of enterprises.(2) Give a simple introduction of real estate business for the definition of customer satisfaction, the main features of the theory, measurement and model construction. Finally, it point that the real estate company are lack of attention to customer satisfaction, and raise its importance.(3) Introduce the structure equation include its definition and its principles and implications of fitting coefficients, and structured a customer satisfaction based on the characteristic of the real estate and the previous customer satisfaction model.(4) Through the empirical analysis, using structural equation and other tools for analysis of satisfaction factors that affecting the real estate customer and data analysis of the structure calculation. And give out some strategies and specific recommendations according to the data obtained in accordance with its final proposed for the real estate business.
