| With China's accelerating urbanization process, people's need about convenient traffic have become increasingly strong, and a reasonable and comprehensive transport system has important effect on urban development and foreign exchanges. Building integrated transport hubs, improving the efficiency of transport system is the successful experience of other developed countries to solve the traffic problem, and it will also be China's solution to solve traffic congestion problems.However, the single mode of investment in China has limited the development of the transportation construction. On the basis of available resources and the situation of construction, we will explore new forms of investment and financing modes for integrated transport hubs in China, achieving the goals of diversification, broaden the financing channels, improve the payoff structure, to make sure the urban construction and development of integrated transport hub can grow healthily.In this paper I have introduced the construction situation on big cities in the world. Take some researches on the common mode of investment and financing in typical urban areas on transportation hub construction. Taking the fruits of the scholar's researches and the present status of investment and financing into consideration, to explore the application of current new investment and financing mode in transportation hubs.On the whole this paper combines theoretical analysis and empirical study. To refine core models of investment and financing by referring to transportation construction books, papers, statistics, reports, cases, reports and comments, etc. In the process using Financing knowledge and analyzing cases are important factors. By means of above work, I strived to improve the existing model, and tried to provide some suggestions on investment and financing mode of station construction for comprehensive transportation hub. |
