| Regional tourism cooperation is the inherent requirement of World economy and the new trend of the development of the tourism in new times, so enhancing regional tourism cooperation is the strategic choice to realize the complementarity between resource and market, to seek the co-prosperity and to achieve the development by leaps and bounds. In order to ensure that the regional tourism cooperation develops persisted, healthily and harmoniously, it is essential to do systematic research on tourism cooperation.Since China started the Development of the West Regions, the tourism of West China developed fast and is spreaded widely, the regional tourism cooperation comes forth continuously. Regional tourism as a new thing has not constituted a new integrated theory system. So it is essential to make a deep study on it.This article is based on Game Theory, Comparative Advantage Theory, Competitive Advantage Theory and The Logic Theory of Collective Actions, combined the research results both at home and abroad, adopted the documentary and referential analysis method, logical analysis method, and empirical research method, explained the regional tourism cooperation both at theory and practice. In order to evaluate the development situation of tourism in West China, this article used the method of Element Abundance Analysis, Density Analysis, and Principle Component Analysis to assess the comprehensive strength of Western Region. It also pointed out the chief stumbling blocks that the Western Region faced. The article took the Southwest Travel zone as an example, with the method of SWOT analysis and General Disparity analysis, made a thorough study of the development situation in Southwest Region, introduced the survey of spatial combination, and gave plans on development of tourism cooperation. At the last of this article, it put forward the Dynamic mechanism, containing the Regional Interest Mechanism, Microcosmic Dynamic Mechanism, Space Expanding Mechanism and Governmental Regulation Mechanism. |
