Regional tourism cooperation has become one of the biggest trends and a hot tourism problem in the world. It also becomes an important area that can affect the tourism development orientation and competitiveness of every country in the world. In our country, the cooperation's sphere and cooperation contents all have a great development. Qingdao, Yantai, and Weihai have begun tourism cooperation for a long time, but the problems of cooperation it for a further development. Internet is not only a technology but also can share information with others, allocating resources rationally, and development a new cooperation relationship.According to system analyses method the thesis uses Internet theory in regional tourism cooperation' study. Based on the analyses of the regional tourism cooperation' status and problems of three cities in Shandong peninsula, points that the essential choice is to cooperate based on Internet, which can encourage tourism company to join the cooperation and communicate with each other easily at any time.Based on the analysis of traditional and existing information-based tourism cooperation mode, this article builds an innovative tourism cooperation mode- visual dynamic information alliance. As a link to information and project-oriented, the mode is mainly through project intelligent agent to get real-time information. So it can realize of regional tourism cooperation to maximize efficiency.Researched the tourism cooperation coordination mechanism through information-level, management-level and business-level, and set up four coordination mechanisms. In the last part, the article uses system theory to study the regional tourism information system.
